The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, located in Boston’s Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood, is renowned for its collection of fine art, personal memorabilia, and stunning architecture. Founded by art collector Isabella Stewart Gardner in 1903, the museum is housed in a Venetian-style palace and showcases an eclectic mix of European, Asian, and American art. Its unique charm comes from Gardner’s personal arrangement of the artwork, which remains as she left it, along with a beautifully serene courtyard. The museum is also famous for the infamous art heist of 1990, one of the largest unsolved cases in art history. (Here’s looking at you, Isabella)
