Ingredients: 3/4 cup all-purpose flour1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tbsp salt1 stick softened butter1/2 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup lightly packed light brown sugar1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp orange zest1 large egg (room temp)1.5 cups rolled oats Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper & lightly grease.Sift flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together butter, both sugars, vanilla, and orange zest until smooth and fluffy.Add the egg and mix on medium-low until fully combined.Add dry ingredients and mix on medium-low until just incorporated.Mix in the oats on low speed until evenly mixed.Drop rounded teaspoons of dough 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are dark golden and the centers are crisp.Let cool on the cookie sheets.
