We just love our Christmas Tree! Some of our staff are obsessed with selecting, decorating, and providing TLC to their perfectly chosen holiday centerpiece. We wanted to let you know about some terrific Christmas tree farms right here in Massachusetts. We’re not talking Chevy Chase-style trees—these are beautiful, real-life, memory-making farms where you can hand pick your own tree.
And for most of us, here at C. Devon’s Homes, selecting our beloved tree is now a highly anticipated family tradition that never gets old!
Here’s a list of some of the best Christmas tree farms near Boston and throughout Massachusetts, where you can pick out the perfect tree while enjoying the holiday season:
Mistletoe Christmas Tree Farm – Stow, MA
Details: Known for its picturesque setting and family-friendly atmosphere, Mistletoe Farm has a wide selection of cut-your-own Christmas trees, including Fraser fir, balsam, and spruce varieties.
Extras: They offer a free tree-shaking service to remove loose needles and also provide saws for cutting.
Come See Santa, Saturday and Sunday, November 23 and 24th, 10 to 2.
Smolak Farms – North Andover, MA
Details: This scenic farm is known for its holiday festivities and great selection of pre-cut and cut-your-own trees, especially Fraser and balsam firs.
Extras: Smolak Farms offers visits with Santa, a festive farm stand with holiday treats, and hot cider.
And don’t miss one of our favorite events, the St. Bernard Dog Pull. Dec 14th 10-1pm. Imagine that...the St. Bernard Club of New England (those beautiful and powerful dogs) will pull your cut tree back to your car. Who knew. We thought that was only in movies!
